Description

The LM339 is a quad voltage comparator with a 14-pin SOIC package. The LM339 is made up of four independent voltage comparators that are designed to operate over a wide voltage range from a single power supply. These comparators are intended for use in level detection, low-level sensing, and memory applications in automotive, and industrial electronic applications. Split power supply operation is also possible.
